This dependency was creating issues with clap>=4.

The code now breaks if pedantic is set and a warning is triggered.

Uses built package to print dependencies.

Which allows usage of the static version of the generated values.

This information is exposed to the WASM environment through interface methods that are then used by the `Emulator` interface.
