Rationale
GameBoy supports serial data transfer using a rudimentary approach.
Making use of it we should be able to:
- Improve Blargg test ROM output, including it in a CI/CD pipeline
- Play with the GB Printer
Description
Build the required BusComponent item to allow the serial transfer to be included in Boytacean.
